Automatic Metal Ladling And Dosing Systems
 | These Pomac automatic called "multilink ladlers" are simple and robust built. The unique linkage system combined with high efficient AC-servo drives offers the optimum, accurate and fastest ladling and dosing possibilities. The units fit to all types of casting machines and shotweights can be from 50 gram up to 60kg. These Pomac Multi Link Ladlers model represent the most advanced development in mechanized pouring equipment. With adjustable strokes, the ability to handle any pour weight, easy adaptability to operator's and helper's side mounting and compact in size, these ladlers meet the requirements of any casting operation today.

Linear stroke on request.
Rotation 270 degrees.
Concept:
Automatic feeding of two or more gravity, or sandmolds with one linear or rotating dosing device from one or more holding furnaces.
Mode of operation:
Each casting station is fed after notification of readiness. The sequence is at will. The dosing device is freely adjustable with different quantities to filling holes within ít´s working range and has also the possibility to "pour in portions" ( pour into several filling holes from a single spoon charge).

| Pomac automation produces a complete line of dedicated spray units, felixible robot sprayers, relase agent supply plus dosing systems and accesories for the light metal casting industrie. These dedicated spray units and robots are avaible in different sizes and are suitable for die casting machines from 50 tons upto 4000 tons and more. All Pomac systems and units are based upon the feature of robust and simple constructions and give high process security due to constant spray parameters.
